Frontend-only status
This version of the website does not transmit assessment, booking or login-form data to an FSO server. Booking and inquiry forms can open the visitor’s email application, and the assessment/booking tools may temporarily store entered data in the visitor’s own browser using localStorage.
Future secure backend
When the backend is connected, this privacy notice should be updated to describe the actual collection, use, retention, access controls, service providers, cross-border processing if any, and contact process for privacy requests.
Sensitive information
Do not submit highly sensitive identity or immigration documents through general email or website forms unless FSO has provided a secure upload method.
