By booking an appointment with Fifty Shades of Immigration, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Services Provided
The immigration consultant will provide advice and services related to your immigration needs, including but not limited to visa applications for students, workers, visitors, and businesses, as well as study and work permits. Assistance is also available for permanent residency applications, Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP), family and spousal sponsorships, citizenship applications, and renewals. Additionally, support is provided for refugee and humanitarian applications, LMIA processes, and employer-sponsored work permits, ensuring guidance throughout each step of the immigration process.
Appointment Fees
A consultation fee of $50 CAD is required at the time of booking the appointment. This fee is non-refundable. Payments can be made via credit card or debit card.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This will allow us to accommodate your request and offer another suitable time. If you cancel the appointment, the consultation fee is non-refundable. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will make every effort to work with you on rescheduling. However, cancellations made without sufficient notice may result in the loss of the consultation fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a smooth scheduling process.
Client’s Responsibility
Accurate and complete information must be provided during the consultation. Necessary documents, as discussed prior to the appointment, should be brought along to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Failure to provide required documents or accurate information may result in delays or a rescheduling of the appointment. It is important to ensure all necessary paperwork is ready to avoid any complications during the consultation.
Consultant’s Responsibility
The consultant agrees to provide professional and timely immigration advice and services, adhering to the ethical standards set by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). All services will be delivered with the utmost confidentiality and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Confidentiality
All personal information shared during the consultation will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing immigration services, unless otherwise required by law.
Professional Standards
The Consultant agrees to provide professional, timely, and ethical immigration advice and services, adhering to the standards set by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). All services will be provided in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
